Some Photographers in Kansas City specialize in bird watching. Using cameras whose lenses have high level zooming power they are able to record high definition bird photos. These individuals are experts in both photography and identification of bird species. In Kansas City there is a collaboration of three active bird photographers all residents of Kansas State. They all share a vision of producing the best bird pictures in North America and neighboring countries. After intensive brainstorming and taking of bird pictures since 2005 the group decided to go online in the year 2009. One of the members, Bob, is an accomplished bird photographer with thirty years of publication history of more than three thousand pictures in books, magazines and postcards. The other is Judd, who took an interest and liking to wildlife photography all the way back in high school. Judd has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Kansas State University. The third member is a lifetime bird-life enthusiast, a native Kansan and a PhD holder in Ornithology and a professor of biology, author and poet all in the University of Kansas.
